Volunteer

Every Sunday, volunteers show up and work together in their unique role to create an amazing environment for our kids. Kid City is totally volunteer fueled and wouldn't exist without the leadership and expertise of our volunteers. Each volunteer has a part to play on our team.  Some of the volunteer roles are:

Awana Leaders: leader guides to take the boys & girls to their stations during Awana time. This commitment is for January 2014 - May 2014.

Kids Worship Leader: a high-energy volunteer who prepares the Bible lesson each Sunday to share with the kids in Kindergarten - 3rd grades

Small Group Leader: is responsible for the same 8-10 kids each Sunday and prepares the activities that go along with the Kids Worship lesson.

Assistant Small Group Leader: provides support to a small group leader and helps oversee the classroom on Sunday morning.

Worship Coordinator: a dedicated volunteer who will learn the song of the month and other fun songs for the kids, along with hand motions. You will prepare them to sing in "big church" at least twice a year.

Every volunteer is required to submit to a background check, read and sign our Policy & Procedure Manual and watch a safety training video.
